RadioTracer can be run interactively and non-interactively.
In the interactive mode, a graphical user interface permits user input and the different types of output data are visualized graphically. Section 6 contains a detailed description of the graphical user interface.
In non-interactive mode, the tasks to be performed by RadioTracer are controlled by a script file, which contains the commands to guide the simulations. All output data are written to files.
