Hardware and Software Requirements

RadioTracer is developed to run on any Unix or Windows platform. To install and run RadioTracer you need

• at least 8 MBytes of free memory for simple examples; depending on your simulation needs certainly more memory is needed
• approximately 25 MBytes of free disk space for installation, documentation, and simple examples; depending on your simulation needs certaily more disk space is needed.

The software and hardware requirements are:

• Linux-operating system
  • Linux kernel 2.2.x or higher
  • X-windows environment with window manager
  • Intel processor 586 or higher
  • at least 16 color graphics with resolution of 800x600; however, 256 colors and a resolution of 1024x768 is recommended
• Solaris-operating system
• Windows-operating systems
  • Windows95, Windows98, WindowsNT, Windows2000
  • Intel pentium processor
